• Evaluation of student’s record, including transcript, standardized testing scores, extracurricular activities and special talents

• Explanation of the admissions process (testing options and timelines, application deadlines, and application options such as ED, EA, etc.)

• Creation of a preliminary list of colleges for student to research and visit

• Tips on researching and assessing different schools

• Guidance on touring campuses, including recommended questions to ask during visits

• Honed and balanced final list of up to 10-12 best-fit colleges and universities with varying levels of admissions difficulty

• Assistance with resume and activities list, recommendation letters, and interview preparation

• Help with personal statement and supplementary essay writing, including brainstorming, critique and final proofreading

• ‘Decoding’ of financial and merit aid offers and guidance for effective negotiation

• Assistance with letters of continued interest (LOCI)

• Support in making a final decision, whether the student will be matriculating or taking a gap year

• Assistance with transition to college life
